By downloading or using Summoners Greed: Idle TD Hero (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.

2. In-Game Purchases

The Service allows for the purchase of virtual currency and items ("Virtual Goods"). These purchases are billed through the platform you downloaded the game from (e.g., Google Play). All purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual Goods have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using cheats, exploits, bots, or any third-party software to modify the game experience.
• Attempting to disrupt the servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Engaging in any activity that violates any law or regulation.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other players or the Service.
